| libra45 | 11/16 - 9:00am | From November 16th until around noon on November 21 there were sparadic outages on libra45. During this time we learned that multiple memory modules had gone bad and the backplane had also gone bad. IBM was brought in to replace these affected parts. Service should be back to normal. |
| libra00-libra44 | 10/4 - 16:00 | A problem local to the libra cluster restricted user logins between Thursday afternoon, 4-Oct 16:00EDT and Friday morning 5-Oct 2:45EDT. Full user access has been restored. |
