This hands-on course covers the high performance compute systems at IU including hardware specifics and parallel programming techniques.  Topics include:

    network topologies
    computer node architectures
    file systems specifics
    basic programming techniques for parallelizing computational codes including OpenMP and MPI
    debugging techniques for parallelized codes
